Hello Admin,

I have a question related to Manychat's WhatsApp integration.

I was trying to integrate my WhatsApp Business account with Manychat. During the process, the integration manual recommended that I "delete my business account" and start over. There was also an option to get a business number for $1.76.

Unfortunately, I chose the first option, thinking I could save money and start fresh. However, now I am unable to sign in to WhatsApp. I am not receiving an OTP when I try to log in, and there is a one-hour delay before I can try again. Essentially, WhatsApp is not working for me.

I understand that this error is entirely my fault, and I am not blaming anyone for it. However, I am wondering if anyone else has faced a similar issue and if there is any way to fix it.

I have tried reaching out to Meta support, but their resources are limited.

Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

Once you bind your number to WABA (WhatsApp Business API), it's no longer possible to use the same number with a WhatsApp App.

 

The only way to interact with your clients is via Manychat’s Live Chat (Web or App)
