I'm experiencing some issues with the WhatsApp connection on Manychat. In the Live Chat, it shows that the messages are being sent to the lead, and everything seems to be fine with the Manychat connection.
The problem is that, in reality, the messages sent by Manychat are not being delivered to the lead's WhatsApp, as I’ll show in the screenshots below:
