Hello, we have completed a Manychat automation and can call it in WhatsApp. However, the automation does not start at the trigger but jumps “further back” into the conversation. There is only this one (URL) trigger in the entire automation. My gut feeling is that it might have something to do with the settings, but I'm not sure. How can I proceed? Is API integration necessary? Does the company have to be verified on Meta? What requirements must be met?
