I find it frustrating to search for a contact while in manychat whatsapp, even more frustrating is changing a contacts name. 

 

It does not make sense that I cannot change a contacts name if they initiated the conversation while i can change the contact name if I saved the contact first with my desired name then contacted him/her

 

 

Anyone can help

Yes, you are correct.. can’t edit contact’s name.. I created a small automation for it.. basically I ask them if the name is correct and if it’s not, I ask for the right name (or how do they want to be called) and then I update it.. it works
