Hi, I created an automation for WhatsApp, and it is not working, even a basic automation.

Then I tried to send a message manualy and I got this issue:

I bought this buissnes number from manychat.

@Idan when are you getting this error? What action is triggering it?

Hi ​@Idan were you able to resolve it? What was the issue? We’re having a similar problem, except it’s not the server, but an API error. ​@Gustavo Boregio any tips? We are stuck without being able to send messages.
