When I write a keyword in a direct message on Instagram, the funnel is not activated

@illiatimoha I start by Refreshing Permissions (you can to to the '?' icon on the bottom left and find the button 'Refresh Permissions'), and try again.

This solves most the problem most of the time.

If that doesn't work, I usually create a very simple keyword trigger and automation to test. Something as simple as this:

If this does not work, then you need to open a ticket with support at https://help.manychat.com to see what's going on.

If this test works, then the connection is working well, and there's something wrong with the setup you have.

Start by checking keywords to see if there's any other keyword that may be triggering, check that you don't have any conditions that may be blocking the message, check that there aren't any links that may be causing issues, etc.
