Please help. I just signed up for the free account and tried connecting my Facebook and Instagram accounts to the system. It is looping and asking me to set up the account even though I have, and I've tried this on my phone and laptop 3 times. 

I've looked in "accounts," and it says there is no account there. It prompts me to add an account, and I click the blue button, and it takes me through the process of adding an account again! 
What am I doing wrong? Can anyone advise?
