Why can't I connect my Facebook page

​@TCG Land that usually happens when the page is already connected to a Manychat Account.

I believe this may be my problem.  I believe I created another account several weeks ago but wasn’t ready at the time to use it.  I have since change my online business name and I believe I may have signed up using my original business name.  But I haven’t changed my instagram page or facebook page so when i signed in this time around I and the Manychat sign in process was a bit confusing.  Neeless to say it will not allow me to connect my facebook page and I have no idea how to fi this problem...Please if you or someone could help me I would be extremely thankful.  

​@Luvon if you login to Manychat using the FB account (personal account) you used to connect it the first time you should be able to have access to the account or disconnect it if you want.

If you no longer have access to the original FB profile, talk to support so they can disconnect it for you.

I'm pretty sure the 1st time I logged in I used connect with google.  That is the normal way I connect with everything.  And I've tried that but then it flips to connect with Facebook after.

I still have access. The only thing I did was change the name of the page. 

Ok try logging in with Facebook, that’s what most people usually do since Manychat will connect to FB/Instagram.

So when i connect with Facebook it shows the page I'm trying to connect to but the connect button is Greyed out and I can not click it.

And if you go to Manychat.com you don’t see that page in your list?

It's not letting me add a photo here.

I found under automation that FB is connected but it appears to be under the original name not the new name.  Is there anyway to just delete everything and start over.  I'm so confused at this point :/
