Why my automation stops working after setting up a Custom field?

​@Adilinan this usually happens if you hit a dead end on your automation (like a condition without a next step connected to it).

To find the issue, check the triggers you have, and the rest of the automation to find exactly where it stops and why. It’s impossible to know what is wrong without seeing what goes after that.

Thanks for hitting this up firstly. Let me get into it, these are the next steps, after last_user_message setting, Google sheet insert row step is also working, but after that the rest of the automation doesn’t follow up. In most of these scenarios following steps are working, but these are the %25 change that it doesn’t work I would say.

​@Adilinan check on Settings > Logs to see if you have any errors or Google Sheets throttling.

It could also be the case that the JSON is breaking something when the person writes a character that would need to be escaped. (depending on how you’re using that JSON, this could be the case).

yes, I’ve checked, there’s no particular log for this. Also, there are some steps related with OpenAI before Google Sheets, there’s no clue for that steps in the change log. But in other cases, same JSON is working fine. There are some chats are that breaking the automation. I wonder if there’s a reason behind it on my end or the problem is on Manychat end?
