I did the first manychat automation (whoever comments on the video gets a link in the message to download my file). Now I see in the profile that I have 1068 active contacts, 847 inactive contacts.
I would like to write a DM to everyone who commented on the video and got my file, how they are doing with the file, if they understand everything and I want to offer them another subservice to my file.
Can I write everyone a private message? Don't I get BANned on Instagram?
What is the difference between a "visitor" status and a "subscribed" contact?
How can I further communicate with people and offer them a service/discount if they have already commented on the video and received a link that they clicked on?
