Hello everyone!

I need your advice. I’ve created my automation, everything works wonderful, but no matter what I do, the bot wouldn’t go first with its message. I would like it to write to the customer as soon as the customer opens the WhatsApp chat via the link.

@Shkin there’s no way to send the first message as soon as they open the Whatsapp conversation. The user has to interact first for the automations to trigger.

You can send the first message to a specific number (for example, you capture a lead through a form, then you send the first Whatsapp message to that number). But this is a different scenario, and not triggered by the conversation being opened.
