Hi guys. So I just started using Manychat and I’m having an issue setting my automation up. Below is my 1st automation and the second is what I received - Wrong button, and when I clicked on the “Get updates” button it doesn’t do anything.
Is there something I need to set up first before creating automations?
Has anyone had a similar issue and could help me? Thanks in advance!
This is just an observation, I see that the buttons don’t match up in your images. The top image button says “Get Issue”, and the bottom image button shows “Get Updates”. Are you sure you’re testing the correct flow?
are you on a PC? that usually happens when automation runs on the PC.. you shouldn’t have this problem when automation runs on the mobile.
