We’re aware of an issue currently affecting the ability to connect the Manychat app to Meta Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. An early analysis suggests that around 80% of users may be impacted.

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand how important this connection is for you to manage and optimize your ad campaigns effectively, and we know how frustrating it is when something so critical isn’t working as expected.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working closely with Meta to determine whether the issue lies on their side or ours.

@Victor Could this be affecting Conversion API too? I’ve connected a Dataset to WhatsApp via the CAPI section in ManyChat, I’m triggering Purchase Events but these events aren’t reflecting in the Dataset/Events Manager.

Please let me know if this could be the case, as this is a current request of a client and I’m unable to track events successfully in ManyChat.

We’d like to share a quick update on the issue that was affecting the connection between Manychat and Facebook Ads Manager.

The good news is that, over the past few hours, the instability appears to be resolved for most accounts. We’re still monitoring things closely with Meta, but many users have already been able to and use the integration normally and link their flows to their Ads.

If you’re still experiencing issues, we recommend trying to access Facebook Ads Manager using your browser’s Incognito/Private Mode and attempting the process again.

Still not working? If possible, please record your screen (using a tool like Loom) showing the entire step-by-step, starting from the flow creation in Manychat all the way to the point where you attempt to link it to your campaign inside Facebook Ads Manager.

This will help us escalate your case to Meta’s technical team with as much detail as possible. 💪
