Hey Manychat squad! 👋  I'm Natalia from Nat2Go Studio, graphic designer & digital marketer based in Barcelona. I build Instagram automation systems for wellness businesses, coaches, and beauty studios that feel warm and human (not robotic). Think DMs that convert curious scrollers into booked appointments while they sip their matcha ☕.

Just delivered my first “Beauty Welcome Flow” for a skin studio and... it feels like magic. Client writes "GLOW" → 3 quick questions → personalized treatment rec + booking link. They're now getting +25% bookings from DMs they used to ignore.

Loving Quick Reply buttons for the recommendation flow, feels like a friend who instantly knows your skin type!

Quick Q for the community: What's your go-to Manychat trick for beauty/wellness flows that makes clients go "wow, this understands me"?

Drop your hacks below: let's make more DMs convert while we sip coffee ☕

Hi @natigolaszewski so nice to meet you and SO HAPPY to hear how you absolutely nailed your first flow! Keep it going!

I think our community members @Fabio Gaulke and @Joren Wouters have some experience in the wellness industry and can share some of their tips too 🤗

Hey @natigolaszewski way to go!!!

Now that you have some traffic running through it, check the stats and see where you’re losing people (where your biggest drop off is).

Add an A/B test on this step to try to improve results. If you start doing this week over week you’ll start seeing your numbers go up and up!!

As for the automation, one quick tip: if you’re not doing so yet, test start by asking for the person’s name. We love being called by our first name, and this first question is usually a low-friction question that everyone will reply to. It gets the conversation going.

Hope this helps!! ;)

Hey @natigolaszewski - this is so cool! For beauty/wellness, if you’re not already images can be super powerful, especially of the ‘after’ of the treatment. Do check file size though to make sure it doesn’t affect the cadence of the conversation. Images also look really great in the Gallery feature, if you’re providing a range of options. Also, one other thing I’ve seen work really well is a quick audio message - maybe at the end of the flow to say thank you, or before you send the booking link - normally from the brand/salon owner. Helps to build trust and personality! Let me know if you try it!

Ahoy, @natigolaszewski 👋

It’s heartwarming to see new folks discovering how amazing it is to use Manychat and automate things and still “feel human” and generate real engagement with the audience. 🙌

As Gustavo already mentioned, asking for the contact first name opens the possibility to personalize the flow even more. Mel also gave a huge tip… USE IMAGES, CARDS/GALLERIES… the beauty niche always explores images and product photography.

But don’t use just images… explore with audio and video messages to make te interaction feel even more intimate!

You can also create multiple branches in your flow and deliver information based on the user interests. This allows you to offer different products or solutions to the contact in the same flow. It works very well if the brand has multiple lines of products and you wish to offer exactly what the client is looking for (similar experience as visiting a local store).

And… if you’re willing to ULTRA PERSONALIZE your flow, it’s even possible using services like NiftyImages to create dynamic image templates and use Manychat’s API to integrate with it and create totally custom images with the user profile image, name, etc… This adds a lot of complexity and some technical knowledge but delivers something unique to the user interacting with the flow. 🤩

The only thing that limits you with Manychat is how crazy you can go with your imagination. 😂
