Feedback about permanent bans

I want to warn other users about a serious issue with ManyChat. After over 4 years of using the platform my account was permanently terminated without prior warning for “suspicious activity”.

No specific explanation was provided, no evidence, no chance to fix anything. The decision was labeled as final.
What’s worse: all connected pages and data were deleted instantly, with no option to export, back up, or appeal.

If you’re building a business on ManyChat, please be aware that:

  • bans can happen suddenly, even for long-term paying users

  • you may receive no clear reason

  • there is no real appeal process

  • you can lose everything overnight

I strongly recommend having backups and considering alternative platforms. Relying fully on ManyChat is a serious risk!!!

Hi @CASHWORLD  thank you for sharing your concerns.
We understand how frustrating account restrictions can be, and we don’t take permanent bans lightly. In this case, the account was reviewed and permanently restricted due to repeated violations of Manychat’s Terms of Service. After a full internal review, the decision was confirmed as final. For safety and integrity reasons, we’re unable to share specific internal enforcement details publicly.

You can review our Terms of Service and prohibited use policies here:

And we encourage all users to ensure their content and use cases fully comply with Manychat and Meta's platform policies.
