In my new video, I explain how to connect ManyChat to ChatGPT, without writing any code.

We’ll set it up so that when someone asks a question in ManyChat, it automatically sends that question to ChatGPT.

ChatGPT gives the answer, and we send it right back to Manychat.

At the end of this video, you have a fully functional integration that automatically replies to questions with AI.

I think the built-in AI Chatbot could have some improvements. AI Intents is great, but then you still need to create seperate flows for each intent. I think the AI Step can be improved, because it is too rigid. If a user chooses to not follow the script that you set with the AI step, it cannot handle it. And I think that’s a drawback, because AI itself is usually capable of being that flexible.
