Manychat does a lot of cool stuff but the primary downside is that it is not intuitive! I might be referencing this thread myself in the future!
- So the Manychat forums are located at https://community.manychat.com/.
- Secret: If you’re signed in to the forums you will not automatically be signed in to the help subdomain.
- So go to https://help.manychat.com/ and then click sign in.
- Once signed in at the top of the page next to your user name will be a “Submit a request” button; do not bother using the search feature to find anything about bugs.
- At the bottom-right will be a chat bubble, click on “Contact Support”.
- This will bring you to a new page at: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/p/get_support_page.
- On this new page in the content area click on the “Manychat Product” link.
- That will bring you to the page https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=11756694468892 where you can file a bug report.
They do not want people directly emailing the support email address which I tried. This was not an intuitive process though the bug report form does exist. I have to file two new bug reports myself, fun. I hope this helps people figure out how to file bug reports without spending hours or days trying to figure it out.
