Just wanted to share something I see all the time —
both here in the ManyChat community and after 15+ years working in companies like Amex, LINE (Naver), El Tiempo… and now building Dominari AI:
Conversations ≠ revenue (yet)
A simple checklist that usually helps:
- Send lead info to Google Sheets (at least start measuring something)
- Centralize your data (CRM via External Request works great)
- Capture where the lead came from (ad, campaign, flow entry point)

→ Keeps the context from the ad
→ Helps you tie the conversation back to the campaign
If you can’t connect
