I want to get (based on an ad hoc automatization) to load store information based on messages sent by store owners (something like “sotre name is XXC and is located at YYY, of TTT city open hours is ...” thos informaiton should be parsed by some IA (manuchat embbeded or though chatgpt or so) and later, when other users asks “where to buy” thah info is fetched by the IA and presented to customer
Is there some feature to achieve it ????
There isn’t a built-in feature to do exactly as you need, but it’s totally possible to build a solution with Manychat logic that does what you need to accomplish.

I personally would do it with a custom integration to OpenAI to have more flexibility.
