Hi Manychat Support,

I have connected my Instagram Business account and I'm on a Pro plan, but I still cannot see the Broadcasts option for Instagram in my dashboard.

I have already:

  • Connected my Instagram account successfully

  • Created a segment and added subscribers

  • Checked permissions and connection status (everything looks fine)

  • Waited more than 24 hours after sending and receiving messages

Despite all of this, the Broadcast feature for Instagram is still not visible.

Could you please help me activate the Instagram broadcast option or let me know if I'm missing something?

You can’t do broadcasting using Instagram 😕
