My connection with Tiktok don't work

If that’s not the case, just let us know and we’ll dig further to get to the root of the problem!

I am currently in Armenia and have a business account (not a creator)  On TikTok settings, all automatic messaging options are disabled.

Hi! We are using manychat in mexico to manage our CapCut social media in TikTok and we get the following error: “Due to the region of TikTok account, Business Messaging features are not available”.

Have the business account and have linked manychat, but it’s not triggering any runs on TikTok and it tells me it got disconnected EVERY DAY and I have to refresh the permissions. Is there something else to do on the TikTok account side to change? Thanks.
