Hello everyone! 👋🏽

 

I’m Yanis Gerion, a videographer and content creator, and I’ve recently been invited to test Manychat’s beta for TikTok.

 

I switched my account to a business account as required, but now I’m running into an issue when trying to connect my TikTok to Manychat.

 

The error message says: “This TikTok account doesn’t support connection to Manychat.”

 

Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to solve it? I’d appreciate any insights or advice! 🙏🏾

Hey ​@Yanis Gerion, sorry you’re facing issues 😕 Let’s see how we can sort it ASAP. To start with, could you confirm that you are NOT currently based in Europe, UK or the US? TikTok business messaging features are currently unavailable in these geos. 

If that’s not the case, just let us know and we’ll dig further to get to the root of the problem!

I am currently in Armenia and have a business account (not a creator)  On TikTok settings, all automatic messaging options are disabled.

Sorry for the late response, I still had this problem, but I’m based in France, so I think is for that, do you know when it’ll be available here in France ?

Hi! We are using manychat in mexico to manage our CapCut social media in TikTok and we get the following error: “Due to the region of TikTok account, Business Messaging features are not available”. 
How can we fix this and restore the connection?

Hi ​@Yanis Gerion! Yes, unfortunately, France and European Union is not yet allowed to connect, but we are working with TikTok tea by expanding capabilities for that region in the nearest future. Stay tuned!

I can't see the region in the account data, I don't see that section in TikTok :(
