We’re back with another exciting update for TikTok automation! 🎉 Introducing the Welcome Message feature—a great way to start your TikTok DMs with a warm greeting and set the tone for engaging interactions from the get-go. 🚀

No more blank screens! Now you can create a custom Welcome Message to greet your followers as soon as they DM you, making it easy to kick off the conversation and build a strong first impression.

To set it up, simply go to TikTok Channel > Settings > Welcome Message. Give it a try and let your creativity shine with your first hello!

      Love this new feature. Any updates on when we will be able to do this on a personal account? This really would have helped out when my videos are going viral on Tiktok. I noticed that since I switched over for a few to try out the feature my reels don’t gain as much traction on the business account because the audios are trash. However, when you do add it to all account types this will be so powerful.

        We are also excited to empower TikTok channel in Manychat with more features. This is on TikTok team, there are working on making it available. Hopefully, soon!

        We see that you’re planning to launch automation on TikTok. This includes a welcome message for new followers as well as automatic responses triggered by comments.

        The key point here is that this approach helps build audience loyalty. It creates a positive experience — followers feel noticed and appreciated. When someone subscribes and receives a thank-you message, it shows that their attention matters. And that is important.
