Hi everyone,

Since yesterday I’m facing an issue where ManyChat is not replying publicly to Facebook comments. The inbox message is being sent just fine when someone comments — but there is no auto reply on the post itself.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

• Page is connected to ManyChat properly

• Auto-comment reply feature is turned on

• Permissions refreshed (Manage Page, Read Content, etc.)

• Tried reconnecting the Facebook Page

• Ads trigger is active

Still, the comment doesn’t get a public reply, only inbox message.

Is anyone else facing this issue recently?

Is it a temporary bug or a permissions-related problem?

Would appreciate any insights or suggestions
