I want to create a power bi of my automations, where I can see the conversion rate in real time.

Where can I get this data?

Hi, @Igor Ramos da Silva!

Unfortunately, there's no way to get this data automatically. The only way is manually opening the automation view and look for the send/conversion data of each step:

🙃

Of course, you can set a bunch of custom fields+tags do automate each one of the interactions and send it via a External Request to your DB… A LOT OF WORK

@Igor Ramos da Silva you need to build it.

Define the events you want to measure, push the information to a database (or directly to PowerBI, or a google sheet), and then create the metrics and reports you want.

You can use external requests (recommended!) or use external tools like Zapier or Make to connect Manychat to your DB.

It’s not a hard task, but it’s time-consuming and requires proper organization.

I’ve built systems like this in the past, let me know if you need help with this.

I was thinking about building something along these lines with make. But I decided to ask here in the group first, who knew there was another easier way lol.

Thank you very much!!

Thanks friend, I do it this way today. But it is very manual and takes a lot of time to complete the task.
