@fcsoares86 so let me see if I understand correctly…
You have a Manychat account, and are sending a business-initiated message to a WhatsApp number.
The WhatsApp number is also a Manychat user, and for some reason it's not delivering.
And this is happening exclusively to this specific number, other accounts are getting the message correctly from your Manychat account.
Is this right?
If that's the case, talk to Manychat support, they may be able to see some reasons why the number is not receiving messages in the backend.
And lastly, when are you seeing this message?
manychat message: your message automations are disabled temporary.
Yes! You right! I’ve tried with 3 different accounts. Same problem. It’s like a protection to avoid automations to chat between flows.
Ok got it!
I am not aware of any such protections.
I suggest you talk to support to see if this is what's going on @fcsoares86
Waiting for support, and I back here.

Does not make sense this support reply:
.
“The official WhatsApp API (used by Manychat) was created mainly for company → customer (B2C) communication.
When two companies use WABA-connected numbers, neither of them is considered a "customer" of the other and WhatsApp imposes strict restrictions to avoid spam or unwanted automations in this type of relationship. Unfortunately, there is no kind of unlocking for two companies to communicate via WhatsApp."
