As a freelancer building chatbot solutions, I’ve seen a growing demand for website chatbots. While ManyChat is excellent for Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, the lack of a native Webchat option limits its use for web-based businesses.

In many cases, I’ve had to move clients to platforms like UChat just to meet this need. If ManyChat introduced a Webchat feature, it would greatly improve its value as a complete omnichannel solution.

Just a suggestion based on real client demand hope it’s on the roadmap!

There's this Idea from a year ago with an “official” response from Manychat's team: 

I would also love to see this feature but seems that it isn't part of the main focus for now.

Leave your vote there. Maybe it gets back on the table in the future.
