I was filling the basic information for the use of  manychat pro, and when I put my identification code for Brazil (cpf) the system reported  “there is an issue” and didn’t show what was wrong. It cant do it,  because the information i gave was 100% right.   I don’t have a support to help. Who on earth believe that they can automatize everything?

It's hard to know what's causing this. Best way is opening a ticket to Manychat's Support Team (they're human 😂).
