Why is my ManyChat account having this bug? I can't log in anymore.

Did you tried to clean your browser's cache/cookies? Or ever accessing it via incognito mode?

But it also seems like your account could have been “banned". 👀

That can happen if:

• you login in many different IPs
• your automation trigger consecutive errors for a couple million times…
• you're infringing any of Meta's guidelines.
• and many other things that Manychat or Meta doesn't allow.

In any case, the only way to find out what's happening in this case is opening a ticket to the support team. They're the only ones that can investigate it further.

Aqui pode ser até mais complexo do que só criar uma nova conta Manychat.
Se ele teve a conta bloqueada, é bem provável que os canais (IG, FB, etc) ainda estejam vinculadas à conta antiga ou tenham sido identificadas como “infratoras".

Isso significa que ele não conseguiria sequer vincular os canais numa conta nova em caso do bloqueio por alguma infração das políticas da Manychat ou da Meta.

Se for só isso, chama o suporte lá que eles te ajudam de forma legítima.

Qualquer “gambiarra”, mesmo que funcione, se for identificada pode levar a um ban definitivo.
