Hola,

 

estoy usando Mnaychat con Klaviyo. Uso la “Accion de Klaviyo” para pasar el email a Klaviyo. En este momento tengo una nueva lista creada pero me gustaría usar mi lista principal para que no tenga que traspasar contactos todo el rato. ¿Hay manera de identificar los contactos que entran por Manychat en Klaviyo? Hay alguna propiedad que se recoja?

I am using Manychat to collect emails in Klaviyo. I am using the feature called “Action for Klaviyo” and I have one question: if i connect with my main list how do i know which contacts came via Manychat? Is there a way to identify in Klaviyo the source as manychat?

When you’re using Klaviyo native integration, you can add some fields to the action block:


On Manychat field, select a tag to mark the contact (e.g.: “from Manychat”), and on Klaviyo properties select the one that fit your needs (or just create a new property on Klaviyo).
