The first step is to make sure your flow was created correctly. You can test this by creating a new flow using one of the templates provided by ManyChat. When you click on "Create New Flow," a list of templates will appear — select one that responds to Instagram comments and run a test.

Once you've confirmed the flow is set up properly, if the automation is still not triggering, you can try a few checks to identify the issue. One option is to refresh your permissions. To do this, go to "Settings," click on the Instagram channel, and then select "Refresh Permissions."
