Tengo conectado Whatsaap API con facebook, cuando creo los agentes para chat, me sale mensaje que no tiene permisos, pero tienen el ROL de agentes en vivo desde manychat, pero aun asi no se habilita el chat, como puedo solucionar

 

I have WhatsApp API connected to Facebook, when I create agents for chat, I get a message that they don't have permissions, but they have the ROLE of live agents from ManyChat, but the chat is still not enabled, how can I solve it?

​@setiantoledo chequea en Configuraciones > Miembros del Equipo, a ver quiénes tienen el permiso de Puesto de Chat en Vivo

 

Puedes entrar a cada uno de los perfiles y habilitar/deshabilitar según sea necesario.

Luego de hacerlo, asegúrate de decirles que refresquen la pantalla para que tome la configuración.
