Problema na automação

Boa tarde a todos!Estou com um problema frequente nas minhas automações do manychat e gostaria de saber se mais alguém tem passado por isso e se também existe alguma solução pra esse problema.Eu faço a automação toda correta e coloco uma palavra especifica como gatilho para a resposta dos stories. No inicio começa funcionando perfeitamente bem mas depois de umas horas com a automação ativada, a automação simplesmente ignora a palavra gatilho que eu coloquei e começa a automação sobre qualquer interação/resposta ao storie. Ai eu tenho que ir até o Manychat, desabilitar e habilitar a automação novamente e tudo volta ao normal, mas depois de umas horas isso acontece de novo. Alguém pode me ajudar com isso? Obrigado

Fiz os 1000 disparos do primeiro nível e cumpri os requisitos para liberação de 10000 disparos no whatsapp oficial, porém não liberou, lá na meta consta que todos os requisitos foram atingidos para passar para o próximo nível (10k)alguém sabe o que pode estar acontecendo?

Automation text boxes not linking

Hey,I have an automation to a free guide which is set up and working. I added a check in the next day to see if they have accessed that guide and offer them something else, but it isn’t showing a next step connecting line from this text box?

Being unable to remove a sign-in method seems counterintuitive as a 'security feature'.

“Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, it’s not possible to remove a sign-in option, such as Telegram, once it’s been added to your account. This limitation is due to security features designed to protect account access and integrity. If you have any concerns about this or need help managing your account, feel free to let me know. I’m here to assist!” I simply do not understand why this is considered a ‘security feature’. Picture this: in the event your telegram account is compromised, and you are unable to retrieve said telegram account, how am I supposed to prevent the person from accessing my Manychat account? Why can’t I have a way to authenticate myself so I can initiate the removal of other sign-in options? 1. Create a new Manychat account• Use a different sign-in method (Google, Facebook, etc.) to create a new Manychat account.2. si responden al boton se elimina la etiqueta y si no respoden al boton los saca de wspahora mi pregunta essi la persona me contesta al primer mesaje pero no con el boton sino con un msj normal? que pasa?y como puedo hacer para que si me contesta normal no los elimine

Issue with "Unknown Contact" Display and Flow Stopping After Button Click

Hello,I'm experiencing an issue where several of my contacts are displayed as "Unknown Contact" in my ManyChat account, even though they are marked as "Subscribed" and new in my contact list. Additionally, my flow stops unexpectedly after users click a button, even though the flow should continue. This occurs despite the fact that my integrations and settings have been checked and appear to be correctly configured.You can see in the image that people don’t receive the last message. Also they don’t receive the next message in the sequence. Also they are not saved as new contacts. Despite these efforts, I am still seeing multiple entries as "Unknown Contact," and my flow stops at the button click, preventing further engagement. Could you please advise on any additional steps I could take to resolve this, or let me know if this might be a bug?Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,Krista

Double message sending

Hello I have hypothetical question. If someone will comment the same word 2 times let say someone comments ,,Amen,, in my reel let's say and then he reply to my story or write another amen in my other reel will he get as many automatic messages from me as much he sends this word? If yes can i change it so the person will only get 1 this message or just limit a time space between these messages?

How Do We Contact ManyChat???

It amazes me that a company known for chatbots does not have a chat integration built into their platform. I have a question that I would like to talk to an actual human being about, but I can’t find a way to do that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Is there a way to setup two-way email communication (not marketing) in ManyChat??

Can't log into Manychat

I have my instagram and Facebook accounts connected, however every time I try to log in, it goes in a loop that takes me back to having log back into either Facebook or instagram. It says a request has been sent, but WHERE??? I haven’t received any emails and I’ve checked every folder and account I have. Anyone know what’s going on?

Sincronizar contacto en klaviyo tras conversación por whatsapp

Hola,Estoy creando una lista para enviar brodcast por whatsapp. Yo recojo tanto el email y móvil desde un formulario de klaviyo. Pero también voy a activar la automatización en manychat que los que me escriban una palabra X, activen la automatización y le agregue una etiqueta. y además quiero que actualice o agregue un contacto. Lo que quiero saber es si se puede hacer que busque en la lista de klaviyo, si ya es suscriptor que le agregue la propiedad de whatsapp igual a true - imagino que la propiedad en menychat es Y/N optin whatsapp. Si no es suscriptor en klaviyo, le pida también el email. Este es mi flow, pero no agrega nada a klaviyo, porque se activa con el email no? ¿Me puede ayudar a como se haría?

Integrar pipedrive con manychat con zapier

Hola Comunidad… necesito integrar pipedrive y manychar, para que cada vez que ingresa un nuevo contacto en pipedrive, se dispare un whatsapp de bienvenida en Whatsapp vía manychat. Lo he intentado hacer con zapier, pero me sale el error “Failed to create a create subscriber in Manychat. Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import email. Please contact support to enable this feature” Que se puede hacer?

Como falar com contatos após às 24hrs

Olá, configurei inicialmente o whatsapp de um cliente (padaria) para criar diversas automações de atendimento (Whatsapp e Instagram..)Porém o pessoal da loja as vezes precisa acessar alguns clientes para falar com eles para follow up de status ou até mesmo para falar com fornecedores.Minha dúvidas são: Como falar com esses contatos sem ser através de mensagens padrões cadastradas na plataforma e ter que aguardar o cliente responder? Pois na mensagem padrão não conseguimos inserir informações personalizadas (exemplo número de pedido, ou algo mais específico) e ter que aguardar o cliente responder pra poder enviar o que realmente é importante seria um problema de atendimento.. Como falo com meus fornecedores de forma ilimitada sem estar dentro dessas 24hrs?Vi que existe uma forma de o contato "aceitar" receber mensagens de forma ininterruptas, como funcionaria essa funcionalidade?Agradeço desde já o apoio.

Hola a todos!! Me llamo Marina y estoy intentado terminar la vinculación de Manychat con Instagram. Aparentemente ya está hecha, pero no llego a acceder al panel principal porque me dice que me ha enviado una solicitud a mi cuenta de instagram que debo aceptar, pero no he recibido nada. No puedo avanzar ni retroceder. Esa solicitud parece estar enviada (no la he recibido en ningún sitio) y hasta que no la acepte no podré seguir. A alguien le ha pasado y sabe cómo solucionarlo?
