im trying to integrate my voiceflow bot and manychat bot to automate my instagram DM’s. How do i get many chat to send the users message to voiceflow and send a response back to manychat to reply to DM’s using Make preferably, but can adapt and learn zapier if neccessary.

Hello,I have created an automation which is supposed to be triggered when a tag is applied to a contact. If i go to certain contacts and apply tags to them manually then the automation doesn’t work. The same is the case with updating a custom field. Bulk updating a custom field isn’t triggering the automation for those contacts.

Hola buenas tardes tengo problemas para conectar mi numero de whatsApp al parecer todo el proceso se realiza de forma correcta pero en el ultimo paso se queda pensando unos segundos y se despliega un error que indica que lo intente de nuevo o lo intente mas tarde, el numero es nuevo y no esta dado de alta en ninguna plataforma de whatsApp ojala puedan ayudarme ya que no se a que pueda deberse.

Hi everyone, I’m currently using ManyChat to manage my WhatsApp Business account and automate conversations. My number is fully integrated with ManyChat and functioning perfectly. However, I’m looking for a way to export detailed WhatsApp Business insights via API, such as:• Total conversations (free and paid).• Categories of conversations (Marketing, Service, Authentication, etc.).• Costs of conversations (if possible). The challenge I’m facing is that the number is already connected to ManyChat, and when I try to add the number manually to the Meta Developers App (to use the Conversations Insights API), it prompts me to reset the configuration, which would disrupt the current ManyChat setup. I want to avoid resetting the number or disconnecting it from ManyChat, as it’s critical for my business operations. Questions:1. I’m doing a contact clean-up, and I’ve noticed that while I can segmentate contacts based on their latest interactions on specific platforms, I can’t do the same with contacts who were created via API opt-in. Is there a way around that? I was going to delete everyone who opted-in via API, but I don’t wanna delete someone who may be perhaps in contact with my support team.To be clear: these are contacts who were created on Manychat through integrations with Make and ActiveCampaign. They’re not people who activated triggers on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. They were added on Manychat so we could send onboarding messages and broadcast a few reminders.Thank you!
Essa conta do WhatsApp Business não tem permissão para adicionar números de telefone à conta. manychat, esse é o erro que dá quando tento colocar o numero no manychat para cria-lo, lembrando ele nunca foi criado, entao nao teria que excluir para fazer um novo, ele é virgem e mesmo assim, nao esta dando para criar, contatei o suporte da meta e me falaram que tinha que ter uma conta do whatsapp business o que é o contrario kkk, porque a conta vc cria pelo manychat Vou deixar a foto do bug pra vcs verem o que pode ser, já tinha usado um numero antes e ele foi bloqueado, mas faz tempo e exclui ele do manychat e do portfolio empresarial, ai quando fui criar a conta nem tinha contas para cruzar dados ou algo do tipo.
hoy hice el upgrade a pro y todos los pasos para la integración con whatsapp, la compañía esta en proceso de revisión de verificación. lo que pasa es que el whatsapp recibe los mensajes y quedo personalizado pero no puedo responer!!! ni usar las automatizaciónes. SOS

Ya prendi mi campaña pero al llegarme los mensajes de whats app no corre mi bot que hice para whats appycuando me llegan mensajes al whats me dice “Mensaje no soportado” y no empieza mi bot de whatsApp. Podrias ayudarme por favor. Por lo que veo many chat no reconoce la vista previa de los links que llegan de las campañaas de facebook, espero darme entender. gracias

Tengo un problema grave para el seguimiento de la conversación, ya que los flujos en los que tengo IA una vez que se considera cerrado el flujo, si el cliente escribe cualquier cosa inmediatamente después, se vuelve a abrir por completo la conversación. Es posible de forma automática pausar la conversación durante 1 día cuando se termina la conversación con IA? Para que en caso que el cliente escriba algo, no se ejecute ningún flujo.

Hi! I have a flow on Instagram where I ask for the user's email and phone number. In this flow, I also send an email. However, when this happens, ManyChat creates a new contact using the email, even though I already have a contact with that same email. This results in duplicate contacts. How can I fix this?
Estou enfrentando um problema relacionado à vinculação do meu Instagram a uma conta antiga do ManyChat. No passado, trabalhei com uma equipe que vinculou minha conta do Instagram a essa plataforma. Eu basicamente fiz todo um fluxo, porém eu não estou recebendo os dados, fiz um teste com meu próprio instagram usando o gatilho e não consigo ver os dados capturados, vi nos foruns de pergunta e resposta que eles aparecem em baixo das métricas mas não tinha nenhum botão lá de ver respostas.
