Problema con Conversaciones para romper el hielo

Hola a todos! Tengo una duda, lo que ocurre es que he detectado que la opción de Manychat llamada “Conversaciones para romper el hielo” sólo está disponible en dispositivos Android, en iOS no funciona correctamente, ya que sí salen las opciones, pero no deja seleccionarlas, por el contrario en Android si funcionan correctamente ejecutando su respectiva automatización.No se si es que tengo algo mal configurado en mi cuenta, o es algo de políticas, ya que creo recordar que en iOS si me funcionaba al principio.Gracias por leer, espero sus comentarios 🤗

hola por favor ayuda, cuando voy a configurar el canal de whatsapp en manychat me dice que whatsapp deshabilito mi cuenta de meta por politicas de comercio, pero en soporte de whatsapp me dice que el numero de whatsapp esta bien sin ninguna restriccion, en soporte de meta igual y mi numero de whatsapp bussines en nuevo y recien activado, por favor ayuda

Desactivar 2AF en Facebook

Hola genios! Buen dia.Active sin intencion la validacion por segundo factor en mi cuenta de facebook. Pero no guarde el codigo y no sincronice ninguna aplicacion. No pude ingresar nunca mas a mi cuenta de Facebook desde e navegador y tampoco puedo conectar los canales a Manychat. Tengo acceso ami cuenta de FB desde la app en mi telefono movil. Facebook no me da ninguna opcion para desactivarla y si intento recuperar la cuenta me hace cambiar la contraseña pero luego vuelve a pedirme e codigo. Intente todo lo que estaba a mi alcance. No se que intentar. Se le ocurre algo? Mil gracias

A mudança na automação só permite colocar um link?

Houve uma atualização do app e a forma de publicação da automação mudou. Mas agora só consigo colocar um link. Quando coloco os links no texto, como fazia antes, eles não aparecem clicáveis. Existe alguma forma de enviar um texto com vários links clicáveis como era possível antes?

ONLY my Story Reply Automation doesn't work

I have gone through the trouble shoot for automations, but its weird; Every other manyChat automation works except for the “reply to story with key word function” I tested the automation with the numerical code, and it works, but the actual phrase doesn’t activate the automation. Any ideas?

There are two buttons available: 'Single' and 'Married.'If the user clicks on 'Single,' can I capture that information directly in Google Sheets as 'Single'?Currently, it seems like I can only capture responses if the user types their answer as text or the regular variables such as phone or email. However, to improve the user experience, I would like them to be able to select an answer by clicking a button, and then I would receive the corresponding information automatically.Is this possible in ManyChat?
