API createsubscriber not setting email

Hello guys, I’m trying to use MC API createsubscriber. As the documentation says those are the input parameters { "first_name": "string", "last_name": "string", "phone": "string", "whatsapp_phone": "string", "email": "string", "gender": "string", "has_opt_in_sms": true, "has_opt_in_email": true, "consent_phrase": "string"}  I’m sending all fields including has_opt_in_email: true, and still the contact shows with no email. Other fields like whatsapp are ok, but the email. Would love some guidance.

common question regarding the Contact limit

hi there, after a long break about two or three years ago, manychat features were free then,Manychat Fb messenger bot helped me a lot at that time. So again i came back to use its features but new plans that im not aware about it.  i have only one question. What does contact limit means?  suppose i have 10k fb messages, and the limit of contacts in manychat is 500 only. Does it mean i can only broadcast automessage to only 500?  pls explaim me and sorry my english is not good

Problema ao desvincular meu instagram pois nao tenho acesso ao antigo facebook

Olá eu tenho uma conta no manychat onde eu usava com uma conta de facebook, porém essa minha conta foi perdida, então usei um novo instagram, consegui compartilhar a mesma página pois esse instagram ''novo''ja era meu e eu apenas compartilho a pagina com o facebook que eu perdi.  Bom vinculei meu instagram a esse novo facebook, porém nao consigo usar o manychat pois o meu instagram esta vinculado a outra conta com o  facebook perdido. Já desvinculei o facebook do meu instagram e vinculei ao novo. Mas independente disso ele nao me deixa criar uma nova conta usando o mesmo facebook, o que devo fazer?

Instagram connection with Voiceflow is not working as it should

I have a flow in Manychat that connects a chatbot made on Voiceflow with several social networks like Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram.Recently i´m having problems whit the connection to Instagram. When i text with the chatbot on IG the messages send and error when getting to certain part of the chatbot´s flow instead of following like it should it just goes back to the beggining of the chatbot flow and starts again.Already tried changing the flow in Manychat and Voiceflow but nothing and those same flows are working perfectly on the others plataforms, also refreshed the permissions and disconnected and connected the Instagram account again just in case. Can somebody tell me why this happens?

Ref/Utm code disappearing from the link in ManyChat automation

I have a flow where the reference and utm codes appears to be there in ManyChat and then once the automation is sent via IG the ref/utm codes disappear. It only seems to be happening with one particular automation - why is that the case? Has anyone experienced this?

Adding first name to mailchimp integration

Hi! I have integrated my mailchimp with manychat so I can collect emails on Instagram (using comment on post automation), but I can't figure out how to add their first name to this integration… Is it possible? Any advice? Thanks!

Why can't I use broadcasting in instagram?

Hello! I would like to use the Instagram Broadcast feature to send messages to followers who have previously commented on my posts.I found a button that seems to allow exporting the follower list—is this the correct one?Or is there another function that allows me to export a list of followers who have commented on my past posts into a spreadsheet?

I can´t connect an IG of one of my clients / no puedo conectar el IG de uno de mis clientes

Hola cómo están? desde hace una semana en las cuentas de algunos de mis clientes no logro conectar el instagram, el primer paso siempre es que me den permisos en instagram y facebook, puedo conectar normalmente la cuenta de FB pero cuando voy a la de IG normalmente debería ver una larga lista de todas las cuentas que manejo, pero ahora me aparece un botón y si lo presiono conecta mi propia cuenta de IG. Hello how are you? For a week now, in the accounts of some of my clients I have not been able to connect the Instagram, the first step is always for them to give me permissions on Instagram and Facebook, I can normally connect the FB account but when I go to the IG account I should normally see a long list of all the accounts I manage, but now a button appears and if I press it it connects my own IG account.

Mi cuenta en instagram so ne conecta

Intenté conectar mi Instagram, pero cada vez me aparecía una página que decía "solicitud pendiente desde la cuenta" y luego me daba la opción de cambiar de cuenta o regresar. No entiendo por qué no me deja conectarlo. No he recibido ningún correo con una solicitud de acceso ni veo nada en mi cuenta de Instagram.Otra cosa, como esto no funcionó, intenté eliminar mi cuenta, pero en el "Centro de ayuda", las páginas que explicaban cómo hacerlo no tienen la misma interfaz que yo veo.

El nombre de mi empresa sale pegado en WhatsApp y sin mayúsculas

Por que el nombre de mi empresa sale pegado y sin mayúsculas siendo que ya cambie directamente el nombre en Facebook siguiendo las instrucciones. LINK IN THE MESSAGE ON MY AUTOMATION

Hey! I can’t figure out how to send a DM automation with clickable links – these are trending audio links for Instagram. When I set them up in ManyChat, they appear in blue (clickable), but in the IG message, they just show as plain text. Any idea how to fix this?

Issue with google sheet integration

Hello Everyone. I am having issue with google sheet integration. I want to save the information regarding button pressed by a user. For example, If a user selects from any of the three therapist name, I want their name to be exported to my google sheet that I have already integrated. Currently when I execute this, I am not getting the names in the sheet rather some distorted alphabets. Can any body help me in this regard? Thank you in advance.

Connected Instagram account does not show all posts or reels

I have connected to 2 different Manychat accounts using 2 different Google accounts. Everything works fine on one account, but on the other Manychat only shows me a portion of the posts and reels I have posted there.

Manychat not picking up messages

i am new here so forgive me, however my issue is that i (IG business account) manually wrote to another user and then hoped that the reply from the user would be captured by manychat so that i can reply to it via manychat unfortunately manychat did not even trigger its as if there was no message at all that was sent. What am I missing

English: The linked Instagram account only shows a fraction of the posts that were created there on ManyChat. I had previously linked another Instagram account, and everything was there.I also can't seem to get a previously used link out of the system, no matter how often I do it again and the link is there correctly.Thank you for your support. Instagram message in Make.com not sent to Manychat

I am developing a Manychat IG conversational AI, connected to Make.com, in order to be able to set appointments. At the end of the Manychat flow, there is an action to call Make.com, and in the Make.com scenario, I am retrieving the users response (a date and time in the Manychat calendar), and adding the appointment to Google Calendar. At the end of the scenario, I am supposed to send a message to Manychat. The scenario is perfectly run in Make.com, it says the message has been sent to Manychat, but in my IG chat, I don’t receive it.  I have done the same for FB and it works, the message is sent to Manychat and I receive it in my FB chat. I don’t know what could be the main issue. I need help about pro feature

HelloI enjoy using your site, but I need help with something.I just want to automatically send messages to those who comment on my posts on Instagram. I don't want to add them as contacts. As the number of contacts increases, the fee we pay every month increases and these contacts are of no use to me. I didn't even open it and look at it once. What can I do about this?I want to use Manychat regularly by paying 15 dollars every month, but the fee increases due to contacts and I cannot renew my pro subscription because my budget is not enough. I am waiting for your help quickly.
