Nowhere can I find an explanation regarding the differences among these 3. (I am very new to ManyChat and using Messenger, so please be kind. 
)
To me they all seem like variations of FAQs. But it’s not clear to me when you use one vs. the other, nor where, nor when. nor how often.
A diagram or table showing the differences, if one exists, would be enlightening. I’ve searched within the Community and Support pages. as well as with Google, but I’m not getting any help.

I’m having the same problem. Nothing online says what the differences are between them.
Yeah this honestly is so annoying – there are no resources online and I’m just scavenging everything possible to figure this out. Surprised they don’t have prebuilt templated per categories of use.
