Hello! If I send a WhatsApp message to a contact that appeared to have a valid phone number, but that turns out to not be true, is the message I sent charged as usual? 

A few of my contacts had invalid phone numbers (that passed as valid), but the message wasn’t sent or didn’t have arrive to their phones, so I’m wondering if I’m paying regardless.
