How to run automation if they wrote a custom 'replied to an ad' text instead of clicking a button?

Hello! How to run automation if they wrote a custom 'replied to an ad' text instead of clicking a button on Messenger/FB?

This automation is connected already to my FB Ads. This automation has buttons for them to click. Now, I want them to send them my given ‘prompt’ even if they wrote a custom chat. Is there a loophole to do this?

I know I cannot use conditions/data collection since I connected this to FB Ads.

Sample below. It stops right there since they wrote that. How do I do this?

​@andresergioyou basically have 2 options:use keywords to trigger an automation based on what they type (which can be kinda tough since they can type anything)treat this in the default reply and have your logic run from thereA catch-all on the default reply is usually a good idea, sending them something like 'Thanks for your message, here are some options'.If you want to take it up a notch you could connect your Default Reply to AI and have custom-generated answers based on what the person wrote.
