No automated message to the same user

Hi, I would like to know if there is a function to avoid sending the automated message multiple times to the same user. Often some of my users respond to the conversation and get the automated message again and again. Is it possible to make it so that if it is sent once to the user, then to the user it is not sent again?

Hey @itapapixxl you can do that using tags and conditions. Something like this:

 

With this setup each user only gets the message once.
