We have an automation that will send contacts a message to Messenger, like their comment, and add an auto-reply if they comment “Marriage” on any of our FB post. However, some instances that the automation is working and some other time not working.
Here’s a sample of post that automation the fired (meaning it liked the comment and auto-replied) and didn’t fire (meaning it didn’t liked the comment and auto-replied)
How do we troubleshoot this inconsistency? Thank you.
