Let me take you back to early 2017…
I was deep into automation, always looking for smarter ways to scale communication and create real customer experiences. One day, while tuning into a Social Media Examiner podcast, I heard this magical name: MANYCHAT

I checked it out, and instantly thought:
“Wait… THIS is the tool I’ve been dreaming of?!”
Spoiler: It was.

From that day on, I was hooked – and have used it every single workday since. No exaggeration.

Back then, the German market was still asleep. So I went all-in:

• Launched a blog about Manychat

• Built the first Facebook Community

• Spoke on conferences & summits

• Created online courses and helped others to become nerdy as well

Yup, I became a total Manychat nerd – and loved every minute of it.
You gave me the tools, I turned them into a mission.
And through that journey, you empowered me – and I got to empower others.

Today?

My entire business – and the financial freedom I’ve built – stands on Manychat.
Today I focus on the fitness industry, helping studios automate their lead generation, retention & service.

How it all started...

So back in 2021 I was taking this course about automation and chatbots. My instructor Guy Mizinsky said something that sounded pretty crazy at the time - he told us "The best thing that will happen to you guys is that I'm introducing you to Manychat."

I was like... really? A chatbot platform is going to be the BEST thing in my life?

Well... 4 years later and I gotta say - Guy was absolutely right!

What happened next

Fast forward to today - I'm now a certified Manychat agency (yeah, I actually passed all their exams!). And here's the crazy part: I've helped over 60 clients get started with Manychat.
 

It's pretty wild to think that what started as one guy's recommendation in a course has led to me helping dozens of other businesses discover this platform.

Why I'm still obsessed with Manychat

Look, I've tried other platforms. But honestly? Manychat just... works. It's simple when you need it to be simple, but powerful when you need to get fancy.

The WhatsApp integration has been HUGE for us - everyone in our market wants WhatsApp communication, and Manychat nails it.

After 4 years, I still get excited when I build a new flow or see a client's automation working perfectly. That's saying something!

My "magic moment"

Every time a client sees their first automated conversation actually working and bringing in leads while they sleep - that moment when they go "OH! Now I get it!" - that's my magic moment. And it happens over and over again.

I discovered Manychat in January 2025 after seeing someone on Instagram promote it with a free 30-day trial. My “Manychat Magic Moment” was the first night I turned on a lead magnet flow using keywords. I went to sleep and woke up to 100+ DMs, dozens of new followers, and actual conversions. My Manychat Origin Story
In 2023, my world fell apart. I lost my job at 55. Just writing this makes my heart heavy again. After 26 years of dedication to one company, I found myself in a deep, dark depression. Everything felt like a black tunnel with no end.
But one day, I told myself: "Enough." I had to find a way to survive—no, to live again. That’s when I stumbled upon Manychat. Maybe it was fate. Or maybe God gently placed it in my hands when I needed it the most.
I started learning it on my own, with no teachers, no mentors—just me, Google Translate, and endless nights. And you know what? For the first time in months, I wasn’t crying—I was creating.
Manychat became my anchor. I taught myself Instagram automation, set up my first flows, and saw how a simple keyword could bring someone hope, connection, or even income.
Today, I’ve built an online school for women 45+, many of whom are going through the same painful life transitions I once faced. My chatbot runs 24/7, delivering access to my course on neuro-photography, even while I sleep. I rest, but my Manychat partner never does.

I have been aware of manychat for quite some time, but I just recently started using it for my coaching business. I like to use it for comment automations for certain calls to action to reduce the amount of time i need to spend monitoring those comments. I hope to continue using it to grow my business!

My Manychat Magic Moment

One of my favorite “Manychat Magic Moments” was when I set up a flow for Instagram Reels. I asked viewers to comment a keyword, and BAM—Manychat took over. Automatically replying, sending my affiliate link, and building my list. I literally made sales while walking on the beach, sleeping, or sipping coffee without a laptop in sight. It was passive income with personality—and the moment I realized, “Wow, this bot’s got my back!”

I first started using Manychat back in 2019 when I worked for another online coaching company. We needed a way to streamline lead engagement and stop missing valuable conversations in the DMs — and Manychat delivered. When I launched my own business, it was a no-brainer to keep using it.

Magic Moment?
One of the biggest game changers for us has been using comment-to-DM flows to deliver free resources — guides, tips, challenges — without lifting a finger.
