Pretty new to Many Chat, mainly using it to automate dm’s from comments to deliver freebies… Wondering what I’m missing / how to do that better / what else is a must

My IG is supposed to send a DM when people message me, but half of the people are commenting the word instead. Can I use 2 triggers for the ad, when the user clicks on the ad and when the user comments on post? Of course the comments for all posts have to be a published post, not a dark post right? Meta is changing the CTA button ad, instead of SEND MESSAGE, I also saw GET IN TOUCH, so maybe that’s why people got confused.

When people follow me and Manychat sends message for me, can I also have it send a photo coupon?

My sign up for DM to follow does not work. It wont let me sign in through IG. Error on my side, please help

To make ManyChat much more powerful, integrations are the sleeping monster. Right now we are limited to what you guys ship, which is great so far, however, opining 2 doors:
- Community tools (tools and integrations developed by the community) and Tools/MCPs integrations, would be fire. one more thing, I want to see 2 types of ManyChat accounts, one for Businesses and one for individuals, where in Businesses I can connect more than one automation to edit them from one place, add more than 1 WhatsApp number without needing to create a new account, mature selling point as an agency to those in B2B. Any considerations about any of these ideas?

I’ve noticed in my Instagram opening DM the button the user is supposed to click is hidden if they’re browsing on desktop. The text/button is the same color as the background and only appears if they hover their mouse over it. I’m constantly fielding issues with people not being able to see the button. Any fix for this?

How can I pause automation ?  I only see to delete it.

I need some help with story mentions.  I have it set up to receive a link when someone mentions me but nothing happens.  Does this feature only activate if someone specifically “@mention” me or does it also work if they share one of my reels to their story?
