I’m posting here to see if anyone else has experienced issues with ManyChat’s Instagram integration and their support team.
For over 20 days now, new Instagram conversations haven’t been appearing in ManyChat for me. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps they recommended—refreshing permissions multiple times, resetting Handover Protocol settings—but nothing has worked.
I’ve reached out to ManyChat support several times, but their responses have been slow and unhelpful. At one point, they even marked my ticket as “Solved” without resolving the issue. This problem has cost my business over €6,000 in lost revenue due to missed customer interactions.
I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and support from ManyChat, especially since this issue isn’t reflected on their Status Page.
Has anyone else faced similar problems with Instagram integration or experienced such support issues with ManyChat? Any advice on how to handle this situation or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated.
