When I try to do this feature it asks me to “Update Instagram permissions” when I sign in to my Instagram account I keep getting the same error message (see screenshot). 

Has anyone found a work around or a way to fix this? I have my Instagram connected to my FB account to and tried logging in through FB as well but still getting this message. 

 

 

Yes I have this exact issue. I do have a support ticket in with Manychat so will report back if I manage to get any information. I think there are others affected by this too

I tried to connect last week in a videocall with my client. He was getting this exact same issue.

He has all permissions and access to the IG profile via the Business Manager. So I don’t get why is he unable to perform the connection.

We need the team to provide a solution to this.
