With Meta cracking down on engagement baiting on Facebook, what are some of the best practices to optimally utilize ManyChat?  I had to change my ManyChat strategy on Facebook after being flagged for engagement baiting a few months back.  I’m running a promo this week and would like to incorporate ManyChat on both Instagram and Facebook.  IG is going great but I’m hesitant to use it on FB.

Hi, @Jamie Arrington!

Instead of using one specific keyword, set it to any comment and ask your audience to sem some related information about your offer in order to receive more details via DM.

And if you have a huge number of followers, keep the auto responses deactivated. This could also flag your account.

The strategy is making the interaction as human as possible. 😅
