Usually, I’m the one helping others here with ManyChat setups, but today I really need your help.
Here’s the issue we’re facing: We’re running a WhatsApp campaign with CTWA Ads.
From 1900 ad clicks, only 4 users actually reached the bot in ManyChat.
The flow in ManyChat was set up with triggers: CTWA tied to each Ad ID and also keywords.
The ad was created using a Frequently Asked Question template, with the instruction for users to click in order to start the conversation.
We’ve double-checked everything but still can’t find what’s wrong. We also submitted a support ticket to ManyChat, but haven’t received a reply yet.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Any ideas on what we might be missing or how to fix this?
