Hi Manychat community.

I have set up an automation to collect emails from Facebook and Instagram from a post.

I was able to collect a CSV file with all the emails from Instagram, but I couldn’t do it from Facebook.

When I ask for a CSV extract, it gives me a Google sheet file with only numbers.

Is there anyone who know how to fix this ?

I hope someone can help.

Hey, @Guillaume24370

Like @Joren Wouters mentioned on his last video, when you open your automation don’t click on “edit”, instead, click on the block where you collect the emails

That will pop up this information, and you need to click on “show responses”

You’ll see something like this:

All you need to do is “export .csv” and that it 🙂

Let me know if this helps!

@Guillaume24370 Can you share what you created as your Facebook automation? A video helps a lot!

Hi Joren,

Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, it’s not working, so let me be more specific in this video with sound and explanations.

@Guillaume24370 The problem isn’t with the Email field, the problem is with exporting the CSV. Here is another video: https://sharing.clickup.com/clip/p/t4748501/ad810817-3135-4728-9197-cc25d7461e64/ad810817-3135-4728-9197-cc25d7461e64.webm?filename=screen-recording-2025-07-08-10%3A21.webm
