Collecting Leads -> adding a tag -> Automatic DMS to these tags at specific time

Hiiii there, some of my products are sold out, so I would absolutely love it if I could set up an automation where

  1. Customers can comment/reply to story/DM/... with a keyword → answers some questions in DM → get a tag for that specific product. I set that up, that is ready to go. I would like this to run for about a month to collect leads while my production runs. I don’t know exactly when it will be ready and restocked because the fulfilment and therefor inbound is outsourced. 
  2. When the restock is here (unknown timing), I would like to target each tag at a time chosen by me & specifically so they get the information they requested about their product

Some issues:

  • This will not be within the 24h time frame
  • I live in Belgium so I do not have access to a paid feature to send DMs later than that
  • Setting up flows to answer later seems like it’s not an option either
  • Reactivating accounts within 24 hours before seems like a waste of leads because the ease is that my customers only have to signal me once. 

I’m sure there’s a way that doesn’t require me answering everyone manually, but I cannot seem to find it for my current profile. Anyone got some golden advice? Better to just collect emails and roll with that? (although DMs seem much more effective?)

The better way is collecting their WhatsApp number and at the time your product is ready, you’ll send a broadcast to all of them with that specific tag.

You’ll pay for each message, but this way you can bypass the 24-hour rule, and it’s approved by Meta.

To do that, you’ll need to connect your WhatsApp channel → create a template (Meta needs to approve them) and then send it to everyone you want.
