Is it possible to have the bot engage with a prospect through a FB ad, but also attach a real time link once the prospect responds? I’m a real estate agent and want to place ads on FB that require the prospect to message me “get list” and then the bot sends them a list of homes that match the FB ads criteria.

There are some “rules” to follow, but it's totally possible. Here is the documentation on how to bind FB Ads to an automation: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281372007196-Facebook-Ads-Trigger
This would automatically send the lead to your DM and start the conversation. You just need to create multiple automations with your similar listings to each set of ads.

Fabio, thanks! Do you have any idea why FB ads aren’t giving me a “partner app” selection after Messege destination? I used the known variables Sales, Traffic and Awareness. I can’t figure out how to paste the JCON in FB ad set up because I can’t get past this step. Thanks!

Is the CTA set to “Send message"?
And Meta Ads is clunky, meaning that sometimes you need to close it, open it from scratch and even clean your browser's cache/cookies so everything keeps working as it should be.
Test also creating a new test campaign to check if the “partner app” selection shows up.
Made some tests here and all seems ok

Once you connect Manychat to your Business Account, it should work without issues… If it still doesn't appear to you, I suggest opening a ticket to the support team: Manychat Help
They will be able to investigate further and (maybe) find out what's happening with your account.
