Is there a way to filter on live chat only responces from clients instead of showing my response because one will get confused with this. This will help in seeing who is serious and who to follow up on. 

 

 

 

@tshepo you can open conversations explicitly and assign them to different team members based on the users’ actions. Here’s some documentation about it:

Most likely, for your ideal setup you’ll need to setup some actions so that your automations are opening conversations that need attention, while leaving the others in the background.
