We are using Manychat for Meta-ads on Instagram. Is there a way to generate a report of what automations are performing better so we can adjust our strategy?

Got it @allyc25 !

So you don’t have a straightforward way to create a report with this information.

Here are some options that you have:

  • Use Conversion Events, and measure the key metrics you want to measure with it.
  • Export the data you want to measure to a Google Sheet (or some other external software) and run metrics and reports from there.

What I usually end up doing for my clients is exporting the data to a Google Sheet and then using apps like Google Looker Studio to create reports and graphics.

It takes a bit of work, but once it’s setup you can keep measuring for live!

Hope this helps!

Do you have your Manychat Pixel installed? I think that is the first step. If you do so, each automation will show the value converted.
Also, do you have the Instagram and Whatsapp Conversion API installed and configured? That way you can use your BM to do the reports.

@allyc25 what do you define as 'performing better'?

In other words, what metric are you interested in?

Measuring sign ups, sales, lead magnet conversion, etc…?

Once you define exactly what you want to measure, you can start working on the best solution to get that information from your automations and funnel.

@Gustavo Boregio I want to see which automations performed the best (had the most clicks on a link, most engagement).
